“[Hey Bill,]” Tom grinned. Bill was seated on their couch, Tom sat sideways on a chair. Without tearing his eyes from the television screen, Bill moved his arm and the sign went up. Biting down on his lip was the only thing Tom could do to keep from laughing.
Sure, the sign was only a simple piece of paper with an eyeliner scrawl, but to Tom, it had become a new source of amusement. Just how quickly could he make Bill flip it at him? So far, his record was a few seconds. Adjusting his cap, he turned his own brown eyes to the television screen.
He couldn’t say that he cared too much about what was going on; knowing Bill, he didn’t either, but this was a good way to pass time. After all, the singer still had to go seven more days without saying a thing.
To the blonde dreadlocked eighteen year old, seeing his twin like this was hard. True, he enjoyed not having Bill yapping in his ear at first, but soon he missed his brother’s constant rambling. Obviously, having to be silent wasn’t something the dark haired Kaulitz enjoyed either. Therefore, Tom took it upon himself to make sure this wasn’t all his brother could hover on.
“[Hey B…]”
Sign.
Tom swirled his tongue around his lip ring and tried to suppress his laughter again. He couldn’t laugh. Should he laugh, Bill might realize that this was just a game. Then again, knowing how well Bill knew him, he probably did know that it was just a game.
“He…”
Sign. Still, Bill’s eyes were glued to the screen. His long fingers grasped the paper, and it was apparent that he was considering removing certain ones and leaving just the middle.
It wasn’t that Tom enjoyed pestering his brother - well okay, maybe he did, just a little - but he had a purpose to this. Everyone had been babying his baby brother. Georg and Gustav weren’t so bad, but they always said something about how it would all work out. Of course it would work out! Pointing that out only implanted doubt in Bill’s mind. With every gift from the fans, Bill still felt as though he let them all down.
Tom rolled his eyes and scrunched his hands inside the large pockets of his grey hoodie. For whatever reason, Bill blamed himself, as much as he tried not to. Looking at his twin, you’d never know anything was wrong. He may not have looked happy, but the twin in the black and white striped shirt looked normal for himself. Tom was on a mission to keep Bill feeling normal.
Sign.
His brother knew him too well. Tom hadn’t said a word, yet Bill knew he was going to. Looking at his brother, Bill hadn’t moved his head, but his eyes glared back at Tom.
“[Fine. I know when I’m not wanted],” Tom said plainly, getting up from his chair. From behind him, he heard Bill huff.
A clattering made Tom turn around. On the floor at Bill’s feet lay the remote. Noticing that he had his twin’s attention, Bill “accidentally” kicked the remote closer to his brother while trying to pick it up. Pretending not to care too much, Tom casually picked it up and tossed it to his dark haired counterpart. Holding it delicately, Bill motioned for Tom to sit again. As he did, Bill held up his chalkboard.
[Thank You.]
“[For what?]” He knew what Bill meant, and it wasn’t the remote. To Tom's hidden delight, Bill understood and smiled for the first time since the operation. Well, it wasn’t the usual Bill-grin, but it was his first unforced smile.
“[So… Hey Bill…]” He started after a moment of silence.
Sign, and an annoyed grin.

Only You...
I glanced at the black haired teen who was sleeping next to me.
Pale skin, perfect features. He was Beautiful. He'd always be beautiful..
My Twin, My lover, My Everything.
I brushed hair away from his face, careful not to wake him. I absolutely loved watching him sleep..Looking so fragile so..Perfect.
We'd been through alot together. Beginning our relationship..Was rough at first.
FlashBack
"Tomi..?" Bill climbed into my bed. I glanced at the clock; 3:30.
"What Bill..?" I replied, yawning. My younger brother clung onto me, sighing softly.
"Tomi..Have you ever been in love?" He woke me up for that?
I shrugged, "Yeah.."

What DOES Gerard wanna do Pt2
Ray: You like D n' D, Audrey Hepburn, Fangoria, Harry Houdini, and croquet; you can't swim, you can't dance, and you don't know karate. Face it: You're never gonna make it.
Gerard: I don't wanna make it… I just wanna... Talk to someone cooler than you, Ray! I mean, all you do is whine about my lack of athletic ability and social skills! What makes YOU so cool? All YOU have is that freaking afro, and the second you get home and wash your hair with the shampoo Mikey put Nair in, you'll have nothing to live for. So just go back to that guitar you're going to marry, and stop bitching!!!
Ray: (has one of d'em "O.O" faces) Erm… PMS?

Just, because he is my brother
I cant sleep. A few hours ago I was on stage and I didnt want anything else than go to bed. But now I lay here, feeling lonely. I lay my arm on the empty place beside me. The hotel bed seems so big, too big for me. Tom wanted to stay with the others for a while, like always. Maybe he doesnt want to lie in one bed with me while were both awake.
Then the door of the hotel room opens and I close my eyes fast. I hear my brother coming in, throwing his bag on the ground, and flashing on a light. He looks to see if Im asleep. I dont move, out of what he concludes Im not awake anymore. After brushing his te

To those who don't know:
According to Tom in an interview, Bill made a sign that said "shut the f*ck up". He wrote it with eyeliner and holds it up whenever Tom's getting on his nerves.
XD I thought it was rather funny.
No, I'm not making light of Bill's situation, but I was inspired to write this xD
